Here are the risk assessment sheets that we filled in prior to filming the music video. This has been done to calculate the risks that may be involved in each location we plan to film in. This was a crucial part of our research and planning as after filling in the risk assessment sheets we would then have to take into consideration the risks eg. loud noise and if it would effect the filming highly so that we couldn't achieve presentable footage, or if the risk would be considered minor.
